Cancellation Policy

Cherubs Club conducts business strictly in accordance with the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding, so please read them carefully. By booking a phone consultation, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. Payment Consultation fees are payable in advance of the initial consultation. Cancellation Policy For cancellations: • Less than 48 hours’ notice – full fee payable. • 48 hours to 7 days’ notice – 50% of the fee payable. • 7 to 14 days’ notice – 25% of the fee payable. Illness and Rescheduling In cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances, Cherubs Club will reschedule consultations without additional charges if the same service is rebooked for a later date. Cherubs Club’s Right to Cancel Cherubs Club may cancel consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances, offering either a full refund or the option to reschedule. Safe Sleep Recommendations All parents, guardians, and caregivers are advised to follow SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) guidelines. Disclaimer of Medical Advice Advice provided is based on experience and training, not a substitute for medical advice. Health concerns should be addressed by a healthcare professional. Limitation of Liability Cherubs Club is not responsible for results that may not meet expectations. Success relies on the consistent implementation of the provided sleep plan by parents or caregivers. Parental Responsibility Parents and caregivers are expected to follow the sleep plan consistently and collaborate with the consultant for optimal results. Medical or Feeding Concerns Any concerns should be disclosed early in the consultation process to ensure appropriate consideration in the sleep plan. Delivery of Sleep Plans Sleep plans are sent via email within 48 hours of the initial consultation. Follow-up Support Cherubs Club offers unlimited text and email support during the support period: • Monday to Thursday: 9am to 8pm • Friday: 9am to 3pm Responses will be provided promptly, with daily check-ins during the support period. Additional Support Additional calls are charged at £35 per 15 minutes. Extra WhatsApp or email support for Sleep Deluxe package clients is £50 per 7-day period. Non-Refundable Follow-Up Services Follow-up support and phone calls included in any package are non-refundable.
